[17] Kl\u012bnika sadarbojoties ar tre\u0161aj\u0101m pus\u0113m, attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz nepiecie\u0161amo datu ieg\u016b\u0161anu un nos\u016bt\u012b\u0161anu, savas darb\u012bbas \u012bsteno tikai saska\u0146\u0101 ar normat\u012bvajiem aktiem, kuri reglament\u0113 Kl\u012bnikas iesp\u0113jas attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz personas datu apmai\u0146as pas\u0101kumu realiz\u0101ciju.
[18] Kl\u012bnika sav\u0101 ikdienas darb\u0101 \u012bsteno pas\u0101kumus, personas datu apstr\u0101des apjoma minimiz\u0113\u0161anai attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz t\u0101s darbiniekiem, paredzot, ka darbiniekiem tiek nodro\u0161in\u0101ta iesp\u0113ja piek\u013c\u016bt tikai to pacientu datiem, kuri tiem nepiecie\u0161ami darba pien\u0101kumu izpildei.
[19] Kl\u012bnika nodro\u0161ina, ka t\u0101s r\u012bc\u012bb\u0101 eso\u0161ie personas dati tiek izsniegti tikai pa\u0161am Datu subjektam. Datu izsnieg\u0161ana tre\u0161aj\u0101m person\u0101m, t.sk., ar Datu subjektu saist\u012btaj\u0101m person\u0101m, tiek veiktai tikai gad\u012bjumos, ja ir sa\u0146emta Datu subjekta rakstveida piekri\u0161ana vai past\u0101v normat\u012bvajos aktos noteikts gad\u012bjums, kad \u0161\u0101da datu nodo\u0161ana ir at\u013cauta.
[20] Kl\u012bnika neveic datu nodo\u0161anu gad\u012bjumos, ja t\u0101 nevar p\u0101rliecin\u0101ties par Datu subjekta identit\u0101ti vai past\u0101v aizdomas, ka Datu subjekta uzr\u0101d\u012bt\u0101 identit\u0101te nesakr\u012bt ar t\u0101 patieso identit\u0101ti.
[21] Gad\u012bjumos, kad datu nos\u016bt\u012b\u0161ana tiek \u012bstenota izmantojot e-pasta sazi\u0146as iesp\u0113jas, Kl\u012bnika nodro\u0161ina, ka \u0161\u0101da darb\u012bba tiek izpild\u012bta tikai p\u0113c Datu subjekta piekri\u0161anas sa\u0146em\u0161anas.
[22] Veicot datu nos\u016bt\u012b\u0161anu izmantojot e-pasta sazi\u0146as iesp\u0113jas vai citus tie\u0161saistes datu apmai\u0146as risin\u0101jumus, t.sk., inform\u0101cijas sist\u0113mu pa\u0161apkalpo\u0161an\u0101s platformas, Kl\u012bnika \u012bsteno pas\u0101kumus attiec\u012bgo datu aizsardz\u012bbai piem\u0113rojot datu piek\u013cuves aizsardz\u012bbas vai \u0161ifr\u0113\u0161anas metodes.
[23] Kl\u012bnika nodod Personas datus tre\u0161aj\u0101m person\u0101m, nodro\u0161inot, ka attiec\u012bg\u0101s tre\u0161\u0101s personas saglab\u0101 Personas datu konfidencialit\u0101ti un nodro\u0161ina piem\u0113rotu aizsardz\u012bbu.
[24] Kl\u012bnika ir ties\u012bga nodot Personas datus Kl\u012bnikas pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113jiem, kas pal\u012bdz Kl\u012bnikai nodro\u0161in\u0101t t\u0101s funkciju izpildi. \u0160\u0101d\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101 tiek iev\u0113rots princips attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz nododamo datu minimiz\u0113\u0161anu.
[25] [24] punkt\u0101 min\u0113taj\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101 Kl\u012bnikas pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113ji, kas sa\u0146em un apstr\u0101d\u0101 personas datus ir uzskat\u0101mi par personas datu apstr\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jiem Regulas izpratn\u0113, un ar tiem tiek sl\u0113gts rakstveida l\u012bgums, kur\u0101 tiek noteikts, ka Kl\u012bnika pieprasa no datu sa\u0146\u0113m\u0113jiem ap\u0146em\u0161anos izmantot sa\u0146emto inform\u0101ciju tikai tiem nol\u016bkiem, kuru d\u0113\u013c dati tika nodoti, un saska\u0146\u0101 ar piem\u0113rojamo normat\u012bvo aktu pras\u012bb\u0101m datu apstr\u0101des un datu aizsardz\u012bbas jom\u0101.
[26] Kl\u012bnika datu nodo\u0161anu uz tre\u0161aj\u0101m valst\u012bm (valst\u012bm, kas atrodas \u0101rpus Eiropas Savien\u012bbas un Eiropas Ekonomikas zonas) veic tikai gad\u012bjumos, ja ir sa\u0146emta Datu subjekta rakstveida piekri\u0161ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[29] Kl\u012bnika nodro\u0161ina pacienta ties\u012bbas sa\u0146emt normat\u012bvajos aktos noteikto inform\u0101ciju saist\u012bb\u0101 ar vi\u0146a datu apstr\u0101di.
[30] Klientam saska\u0146\u0101 ar normat\u012bvajiem aktiem ir ar\u012b ties\u012bbas piepras\u012bt Kl\u012bnikai piek\u013cuvi saviem personas datiem, k\u0101 ar\u012b piepras\u012bt Kl\u012bnikai veikt to papildin\u0101\u0161anu, labo\u0161anu vai dz\u0113\u0161anu, vai apstr\u0101des ierobe\u017eo\u0161anu attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz Klientu, vai ties\u012bbas iebilst pret apstr\u0101di, k\u0101 ar\u012b ties\u012bbas uz datu p\u0101rnesam\u012bbu. \u0160\u012bs ties\u012bbas \u012bstenojamas, cikt\u0101l datu apstr\u0101de neizriet no Kl\u012bnikas pien\u0101kumiem, kas tai ir uzlikti ar sp\u0113k\u0101 eso\u0161ajiem normat\u012bvajiem aktiem.
[31] Klients var iesniegt piepras\u012bjumu par savu ties\u012bbu \u012bsteno\u0161anu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
[32] Sa\u0146emot Klienta piepras\u012bjumu par savu ties\u012bbu \u012bsteno\u0161anu, Kl\u012bnika p\u0101rliecin\u0101s par Klienta identit\u0101ti, izv\u0113rt\u0113 piepras\u012bjumu un izpilda to saska\u0146\u0101 ar normat\u012bvajiem aktiem.
[33] Kl\u012bnika sniedz atbildi Klientam p\u0113c iesp\u0113jas \u012bs\u0101k\u0101 laik\u0101, \u0146emot v\u0113r\u0101 Klienta nor\u0101d\u012bto atbildes sa\u0146em\u0161anas veidu.
[34] Ja atbilde tiek s\u016bt\u012bta pa pastu, t\u0101 tiek adres\u0113ta datu subjektam (personai, kuras personas dati ir piepras\u012bti) ierakst\u012bt\u0101 v\u0113stul\u0113. Ja atbilde tiek sniegta elektroniski, t\u0101 tiek parakst\u012bta ar dro\u0161u elektronisko (ja iesniegums ir ticis iesniegts ar dro\u0161u elektronisko parakstu).
[35] Kl\u012bnika nodro\u0161ina datu apstr\u0101des un aizsardz\u012bbas pras\u012bbu izpildi saska\u0146\u0101 ar normat\u012bvajiem aktiem un Klienta iebildumu gad\u012bjum\u0101 veic lietder\u012bg\u0101s darb\u012bbas, lai iebildumu atrisin\u0101tu. [36] Klientam ir ties\u012bbas sa\u0146emt bez maksas vienu kopiju ar saviem Kl\u012bnikas apstr\u0101d\u0113 eso\u0161iem personas datiem.
[37] \u0160\u0101 dokumenta [36] punkt\u0101 min\u0113t\u0101s inform\u0101cijas sa\u0146em\u0161ana un\/vai izmanto\u0161ana var tikt ierobe\u017eota ar m\u0113r\u0137i nov\u0113rst nelabv\u0113l\u012bgu ietekmi uz citu personu (tostarp Kl\u012bnikas darbinieku ) ties\u012bb\u0101m un br\u012bv\u012bb\u0101m.
[38] Kl\u012bnika ap\u0146emas nodro\u0161in\u0101t Personas datu pareiz\u012bbu un pa\u013caujas uz saviem Klientiem, pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jiem un cit\u0101m tre\u0161aj\u0101m person\u0101m, kas nodod Personas datus, ka tiks nodro\u0161in\u0101ta nodoto Personas datu piln\u012bba un pareiz\u012bba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
[39] Klients piekri\u0161anu personas datu apstr\u0101dei, kuras tiesiskais pamats ir piekri\u0161ana, dod rakstveid\u0101 kl\u0101tien\u0113 Kl\u012bnik\u0101, nos\u016btot pap\u012bra form\u0101t\u0101 izmantojot pasta pakalpojumus, vai nos\u016btot e-pasta veid\u0101, kas ir parakst\u012bts ar dro\u0161u elektronisku parakstu.
[40] Klientam ir ties\u012bbas jebkur\u0101 br\u012bd\u012b atsaukt datu apstr\u0101dei doto piekri\u0161anu t\u0101d\u0101 pat veid\u0101, k\u0101d\u0101 t\u0101 dota un \u0161\u0101d\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101 turpm\u0101ka datu apstr\u0101de, kas balst\u012bta uz iepriek\u0161 doto piekri\u0161anu konkr\u0113tajam nol\u016bkam turpm\u0101k netiks veikta.
[41] Piekri\u0161anas atsaukums neietekm\u0113 datu apstr\u0101des, kuras veiktas taj\u0101 laik\u0101, kad Klienta piekri\u0161ana bija sp\u0113k\u0101.
[42] Atsaucot piekri\u0161anu, nevar tikt p\u0101rtraukta datu apstr\u0101de, kuru veic, pamatojoties uz citiem tiesiskajiem pamatiem (piem\u0113ram saska\u0146\u0101 ar \u0101r\u0113jiem normat\u012bvajiem aktiem vai nosl\u0113gto l\u012bgumu starp Kl\u012bniku un Klientu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
[43] Kl\u012bnikas m\u0101jaslapa var izmantot s\u012bkdatnes.
